There are 10 candidates vying for the chance but the primary has largely come down to two candidates: former fighter pilot Amy McGrath and state representative Charles Booker. McGrath has been the presumed frontrunner ever since she launched her bid in July 2019. The Marines veteran, who narrowly lost her 2018 congressional race in Kentucky, has the support of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and has raised more money than all of her rivals—including McConnell....

The night started with an ordinary, but effective segment which could change the course of the brand in the coming months. The only women’s match which took place during the episode was arguably the best of the night and has given fans something to look forward to. Apart from that, a huge return by a pair of former WWE RAW Tag Team Champions will also help the creative build on some interesting angles....

Maybe some of that has to do with WrestleMania season right around the corner and maybe it’s due to the fact that their alternatives are gaining traction, but WWE has made a lot of changes for the better. Furthermore, they are making decisions that actually are what fans want and not just what they thought was best for business With that being said and the new era still in its early days, what can WWE do to make things even better than what they already are?...

The Miz hosted Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley on Miz TV. Soon, a match between Flair and Nikki Cross was set for the night. Cross managed to outlast The Queen in a Beat the Clock Challenge to make her case for a shot at the RAW Women’s title. Reginald shocked the WWE Universe by picking up a victory over Shayna Baszler. It was surprising that RAW creative continued to humiliate the former NXT Women’s Champion and make her look weaker....

After the tribute, SmackDown got right down to action and started the build towards the Tables, Ladders, and Chairs (TLC) pay-per-view. Otis and Kevin Owens were scheduled to team up during the night to compete against Roman Reigns and Jey Uso. Natalya competed against former SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley in a match that was heavily influenced by Bianca Belair’s presence. It seems like SmackDown is building towards a rivalry between Bayley and Belair for the Blue brand....

Even the nostalgia RAW last week was expected to be another recycled episode with old legends, but WWE did a great job of it. This week, it wasn’t about the legends but the build to SummerSlam - and they have done a good job in the limited time that they have, especially given that they had less than a month from Extreme Rules to build to the second biggest PPV of the year....
